About the event
Attire for ALL athletes:
sunglasses (not mandatory)
socks
tennis shoes (cleats preferred but not mandatory)
t-shirt or tank top
bottoms (any color)
For Girls only:
biker shorts: 6 inches or longer; gym shorts or leggings
proper under garments
no crop tops
Additional Items to consider (Optional)
towel
slides or crocs for after session
water bottle
There will be a hydration station for ALL athletes!! Let's Work!
